HOTEL POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival , no fee will be charged.

• If cancelled later or in case of no show , total amount of reservation will be charged.

• Debit & Credit card payments subject to 3% transaction charge.

• Please note that we do reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of over booking or under unforeseen circumstances 48 hours prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

               All children are welcome.

• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy

• No deposit/Advance payment will be taken but we may pre-authorise your credit card.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

• VAT is included.

• Service charge is included.

• City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet

• Wireless internet is available in all rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan
 Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

 Pets are not allowed.
